I am Sewon Shin, a Trans-Artist.

I am grateful to have you in the archive of Trans-Art.

I am introducing a new way of art called Trans-Art.

I believe Trans-Art can be considered as an evolution in the field of art.

Until now, Art was form.

Now, Art may transcend 'form' through Trans-Art.

Trans-Art is a new way of creating, expressing, managing and experiencing art.

The 'suchness of Life' led me to abandon the expected course of my life and to lead the religious foundation of HANOL (the spiritual re-establishment of the 5000 year old Korean national founding philosophy based on Spiritual Transcendence) after the sudden passing of my father who was the founder.  

After restructuring the foundation, I resigned from my duty and returned to my art (which I had discontinued before majoring in politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford) expressing my personal experience of the enlightening and awakening process.

In Trans Art part 1, I express the 'enlightenment and awakening', which is beyond 'form', through the 'form' of multi-dimensional perspectives that I acquired from my spiritual experience. 

I hope to touch the inner dwelling consciousness of others, and awaken great inspirations of the ones who experience my art; I hope to contribute to the force of the evolution in human consciousness.

However, it has been a very long time since I have returned to my art, and I am preparing an official debut on my own without anyone representing me as an artist at the moment.

I have prepared this website, a humble archive of Trans-Art, under the limited circumstances; it is far from being perfect, but it will be enhanced according to the change in situation. I am willing to accept any advice, and change whatever is required to improve the presentation of my art.

I believe anyone can be a partner, or a possible Trans-Patron, or even the first Trans-Art dealer, who can trigger the manifestation of my artworks in their dormant stage. I am willing to cooperate with anyone from any domain in order that we may pursue a relationship of mutual beneficence.

I will be looking forward to hearing from you, in the hope that our journeys may one day intertwine.
